Robin Higgins 4

It looks like I have caught Robin just at the end of an exhale, possibly at that gap between the end of the exhale, and the beginning of the inhale. This is something that as meditators we try to catch while we are meditating. That gap. Not catch it in the sense of grabbing a hold of it, but to catch it, in just noticing sense.

This gap is often very difficult to really experience. It takes a lot of awareness to notice that brief moment where you are doing nothing. As it says on The Dot "Nothing happens, and we report it". Though I'm not sure how they catch it when nothing happens. It's just so difficult, and while monumental for the practioner it is so much nothing otherwise.
